2. Shipping Time

Estimated delivery timelines:

  • Metro Cities: 2–5 business days
  • Other Cities & Towns: 3–7 business days
  • Remote Areas: 5–10 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.


3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout.
  • Free shipping may be available on selected products or minimum order value.
  • Additional charges may apply for remote locations.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS.
  • You can track your shipment using the provided tracking link.
  • If you do not receive tracking details within 3 business days, please contact us.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available for selected pin codes.
  • Neerlap reserves the right to confirm COD orders before dispatch.
  • In case of repeated COD order rejections, COD service may be restricted.

6. Delivery Attempts

  • Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to 2–3 times.
  • If delivery fails due to incorrect address or unavailability, the order may be returned to us.
  • Re-shipping charges may apply in such cases.

7. Damaged or Tampered Packages

If you receive a package that appears damaged:

  • Do not accept the package if visibly damaged.
  • Take clear photos and inform us immediately.
  • If already accepted, report within 24 hours with proof.

We will assist you as per our Refund & Returns Policy.


8. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.
