1. Order Cancellation Policy

- Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order or before the product is shipped.
- To cancel, email us at support@neerlap.com with your Order ID.
- If payment has been made, a full refund will be processed within 5โ7 business days to the original payment method.
๐น After Shipment
- Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
- However, you may request a return after delivery (see return policy below).
2. Returns Policy
We accept returns under the following conditions:

- Product delivered is damaged
- Product received is defective
- Wrong product delivered
- Missing parts or accessories
โ Not Eligible for Return
- Used or installed products
- Physically damaged products after delivery
- Products without original packaging
- Consumable items such as:
- RO membranes (if opened)
- Filters (if used)
- Electrical parts once installed
3. Return Timeframe
- Return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

- Order ID
- Product images/videos
- Description of the issue
Our team will review and respond within 24โ48 working hours.
4. Return Process
- Submit return request via email.
- Our team verifies the issue.
- If approved:
- Pickup will be arranged (if serviceable area), OR
- Customer may be asked to self-ship.
- After inspection, refund/replacement will be processed.
5. Refund Policy
- Refunds are processed within 5โ7 business days after product inspection.
- Refund will be credited to the original payment method.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refund will be transferred to the customerโs bank account.
6. Replacement Policy
- Replacement will be shipped within 3โ5 business days after approval.
- If the product is out of stock, refund will be issued instead.
7. Shipping Charges
- If return is due to our mistake (damaged/wrong item), we will bear shipping charges.
- If return is due to customer preference, shipping charges may be deducted from refund.
8. Important Notes
- Please record an unboxing video at the time of delivery for damage claims.
- Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.
