1. Order Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order or before the product is shipped.
  • To cancel, email us at support@neerlap.com with your Order ID.
  • If payment has been made, a full refund will be processed within 5โ€“7 business days to the original payment method.

๐Ÿ”น After Shipment

  • Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
  • However, you may request a return after delivery (see return policy below).

2. Returns Policy

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Product delivered is damaged
  • Product received is defective
  • Wrong product delivered
  • Missing parts or accessories

โŒ Not Eligible for Return

  • Used or installed products
  • Physically damaged products after delivery
  • Products without original packaging
  • Consumable items such as:
    • RO membranes (if opened)
    • Filters (if used)
    • Electrical parts once installed

3. Return Timeframe

  • Return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
  • Email us at support@neerlap.com with:
    • Order ID
    • Product images/videos
    • Description of the issue

Our team will review and respond within 24โ€“48 working hours.


4. Return Process

  1. Submit return request via email.
  2. Our team verifies the issue.
  3. If approved:
    • Pickup will be arranged (if serviceable area), OR
    • Customer may be asked to self-ship.
  4. After inspection, refund/replacement will be processed.

5. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed within 5โ€“7 business days after product inspection.
  • Refund will be credited to the original payment method.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refund will be transferred to the customerโ€™s bank account.

6. Replacement Policy

  • Replacement will be shipped within 3โ€“5 business days after approval.
  • If the product is out of stock, refund will be issued instead.

7. Shipping Charges

  • If return is due to our mistake (damaged/wrong item), we will bear shipping charges.
  • If return is due to customer preference, shipping charges may be deducted from refund.

8. Important Notes

  • Please record an unboxing video at the time of delivery for damage claims.
  • Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.
  • Neerlap.com reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.
