Refund & Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping at Neerlap.com. We strive to ensure that every product delivered meets the highest quality standards. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our Refund & Returns Policy below.


1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return under the following conditions:

  • The product was delivered damaged or defective.
  • The product received is incorrect (different from what was ordered).
  • The product has a manufacturing defect.
  • The return request is made within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.
  • The product must be returned in original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and invoice.
  • Items showing signs of installation, usage, or physical damage caused by the customer will not be eligible.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Used or installed RO membranes, Booster Pumps, or cartridges.
  • Customized or special-order products.
  • Products damaged due to improper installation or misuse.
  • Items returned without original packaging.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at [support@neerlap.com]
  2. Provide:
    • Order Number
    • Product Name
    • Reason for return
    • Clear photos/videos of the product (if damaged/defective)

Once approved, our team will provide return instructions.

⚠️ Do not send products back without approval, as they may not be accepted.


4. Refund Policy

After receiving and inspecting the returned product:

  • If approved, refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Refund will be issued to the original payment method.
  • In case of Cash on Delivery (COD), refund will be processed via bank transfer (customer must provide bank details).

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


5. Replacement Policy

We offer replacement in case of:

  • Damaged product
  • Wrong product delivered
  • Manufacturing defect

Replacement is subject to stock availability. If replacement is not available, a refund will be processed.


6. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.
  • Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not allowed.

7. Damaged Shipment

If the package appears damaged at delivery:

  • Do not accept the delivery if visibly damaged.
  • Take photos and inform us immediately.
  • If already accepted, notify us within 24 hours with proof.

8. Shipping for Returns

  • In case of defective or wrong product, return shipping will be arranged by us.
  • In case of customer-initiated returns (non-defective), customer may bear shipping charges.
